I'VE BEEN WAITING 53 DAYS FOR AN ANSWER MTN!!!
Query#1
I've had a query logged with MTN since 7 September 2015. It has been 53 days and MTN has yet to answer!!! It has to do with incorrect billing of data usage. MTN has kindly helped themselves to almost R20,000.00 of my hard earned money over a period of 3 months for data I have allegedly used. I want someone from MTN management (I stress the word management) based at Head Office in Gauteng to look into this matter immediately and contact me directly. No one in the call centre can help me.

Query#2
I've asked MTN to change my contract to pre-paid on 13 October and they can't even get that right. I'm still on contract even though the contract period has expired.
