I took out the She****00 package with MTN on the 26th of July

I took out the She****00 package with MTN on the 26th of July. The consultant that was assisting me told me about my monthly installment of R399 that I must pay upfront for August plus the pro rata for July of R77. I was then debited R476. Before the 4th of August I received a text saying I will be debited for September. The debit order did not go through. Suddenly my services have been stopped even though I know I paid for August. Now I am being told I was supposed to pay R810. This is the first time I'm hearing of this and I do not understand why was I never told about this. I am so upset because I was led to believe that the R476 I paid was pro rata and for August. Now I am without wifi unexpectedly. I am really not happy.
