I took out an uncapped home wifi … firstly it was capped at 400gig and now am currently paying for something that has been disconnected for more than 5 months now

I took out an uncapped home wifi … firstly it was capped at 400gig and now am currently paying for something that has been disconnected for more than 5 months now. I have called the centre morethan 20 or 40 times with zero assistance. The router is just sitting there . Am currently paying for that service as they would disconnect my cell if I do not pay for the line. In this economy rather look for other alternates for data or home wifi.
