I took out a new month to month home network contract and monthly installment is R269 now mtn over charged me they say claim that I did not pay the pro rata which they debited on the 28th of November 2024, they lady that was assisting on the phone say she is gonna call me back with the reference cause apparently our call was too long and I am the one who call, she never called me back
