I took out a month to month wifi with MTN, after paying R1046 in total my account was suspended apparently due a late payment for May 2024,when I did a request to lift the suspension I was told that the suspension will only be lifted on 01 May 2024, which means I'm losing R457,this is not acceptable, you spend a lot of money for activation plus you must pay 2months upfront but they can't assist you to lift a suspension. I'm not happy at all this is the way cellphone companies treat customers, plus the staff at the MTN branch at Pretoria-North is the rudest people. I will therefor never recommend anyone to them
