I took my router in three weeks ago,as it was dead

I took my router in three weeks ago,as it was dead.The store in Benmore Gardens said they'll send me an email or call me regarding the progress.I haven't heard from them since.I have called and was told they don't have a contact number to find out where my router is or how long it'll take.I use my router to do work from home!
