I took an mtn home Fibre deal of 10/10mb

I took an mtn home Fibre deal of 10/10mb .I paid q prorate qnd monthly fee but it started connecting a week after,even after that the connection only connects 1 device . Called mtn and did everything they said I should do but still today I'm having the same problem..I regret choosing mtn for Fibre. 😏
