I took a contract years ago with insurance, now I lost my phone n they say they are unable to process my claim

I took a contract years ago with insurance, now I lost my phone n they say they are unable to process my claim. I'm told that they changed insurers and the current one does not have a contract with me. An amount of 133 is deducted from my account monthly without fail .
