I thought vodacom was bad....but MTN takes stupidity to a whole new level

Absolute stupidity at MTN Paid upfront for uncapped internet and only been connected 19days. MTN cuts the connection for non payment but yet in statement they send out , the statement shows payment received. 15 days later and multiple emails back and forth still nobody is willing to help. How does one get a job at customer care if they are too lazy and stupid to actually read a email , follow the logic and sorry out the query
