I signed up for a package and they gave me a completely different one

I upgraded my data line on the 6th of october 2017 and signed for a 10Gb day and 10 Gb night package for R250.00 as it was on promo on October as per their brochure but instead i am receiving 5Gb day and 5Gb night for the same amount of which it is not what i signed up for.

When i go to the shop where i did the upgrade (Carnivall mall in Brakpan) they are saying their system says i am suppose to receive 10Gb day and 10 Gb night as they captured it but when i call the call centre they say i am suppose to get what i am getting according to their system which is 5Gb day and 5Gb night for the same price.They all said they will escalate the issue and that was 3 weeks ago but there is still no changes nor responses hence i am pleading to you to intervene now .
