I sent in my cellphone a week ago still not back
So this is my second hello peter with regards to MTN's service.

My claim, which took a week to log, was approved and my cellphone was picked up last week Wednesday to go in for repairs.

I have emailed twice to see what the progress of these repairs is with no response.

I have phoned the call line, and the automated response for the progress of my claim says my phone is still waiting to be delivered to a repair service.

Please can someone assist in speeding along this process? I do not want to wait another week before I get my phone?

Thank you for posting.
I do know how frustrating this can be, do note that our management teams are aware of this and due to the current protest action being experienced there are delays in our customer touch points.
This matter has been escalated to the relevant management team for urgent intervention. You will be advised of the outcome.
Regards
Jean
