I RICA'd my simcard but no service
Hi,<br> <br> I did a sim swap from Vodacom to MTN in Cresta on 21-02-2016. I provided the necessary documentation and RICA'd the MTN simcard. My Vodacom simcard lost its signal a few hours later on the same day. The gentleman that RICA'd my simcard said that when my Vodacom simcard loses signal, I should put in my MTN simcard and it will work. Unfortunately, there is no signal, and if I make phone calls, it says that I have been RICA barred. Can you please assist me. <br> <br> Thank you.
