I requested an eSIM swap and 24 hours later I haven’t got the necessary QR code nor can I get hold of anyone to resolve the problem. I’m now at a dealer in Somerset West and he’s struggling to get hold of anyone in MTN HO to assist. It’s truly shocking service for a client of 30 years
