I request a free repair

I would like to request a free repair of my handset which is still on warranty. I upgrated my phone in october, and after two month i find out that it had a camera fault, send it to repair and because of a small mark i wasnt given a new phone.<br> Now again the phone batterie went flat and since is no longer charging and is not switching on and because of a small screef crack mtn refuses to repair the damage under warranty. i dont need a screen repair i just need the damage to be fix and the phone to work. i did made that dot crack a while ago and the phone was still working fine, except that since i had the phone the battery has been week...going flat quickly and i thought it because i have been using it a lot but now clearly it has been a telphone defect the all time.<br> i have been waiting almost three weeks now with no phone, mtn doesnt even have spares.....<br> <br> i have been a client to mtn for more than 7yeears now, and i am totally disappointed by the treatment i receive as a faithful customer...would i ever in this condition recommend your services in the future to anyone?<br> <br> i will except a reply, and an immediate free repair of my handset...
