I Regret the day i signed up with MTN

Hi Kevin as per your below response Akhona called me & told me that the refund of R901.90 will be paid on the 04 or latest the 05 Nov but i was suprised to lean that you only refunded R500 so what was the use of you apologising if you still don't want to refund my money? I regret the day i signed up with Mtn. now please refer to the below responce from Kevin in your depatment and Refund my remaining R401.90 please this is my petrol money to go to work and i cant even go to work because you refusing to refund my full money, Mtn's consultants are self centred and you really dont care about your customers and how they feel, the consultants dont even listen to the clients they want to have a last word.<br> <br> Good day Patricia<br> <br> Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns and affording us the opportunity to address the same.
