I regret taking business account with MTN

I regret having taken a business deal with MTN

My contract had long expired. They refuse to take money when we pay them. The keep telling us the account is at legal, we should call legal. This number - *** is never answered. They never tell us where is legal office so we can go cancel everything. Money is reversed everytime we pay, and they do not say why
