I regret taking a data plan with this network

I regret taking a data plan with this network. Useless and poor service. I already received a bill but I can not activate the e-sim because their rice is offline. For 2 days. Their useless app says go to the store and at the store you are turned back. Waste of time and petrol. I’m so disgusted and I haven’t even started my data plan with them. I don’t recommend at all
