I REGRET SWITCHING TO MTN!!!!! Using your network was the biggest mistake I ever made!!!!!!!!!!

Called in to downgrade my simcard data plan and was told downgrade was successful, only later to realize that my simcard plan was cancelled without me being notified. Called in MTN , was told the consultant who assisted me misunderstood my request and did a new application for a lower simcard data plan. First debit order went off with pro-rata fees included on ,my salary date. Data was supposed to be allocated on the simcard on the first as per usual, the 1st of May passed without allocation. I called in and was told my request has been escalated, it's the 5th today and still no data allocation. Called in today and consulted told me my sicard has not been paid, whereas it goes off via debit order and was debited on the 20th of April which is my salary date and my statements are proof of the debit.
