I regret joining MTN
I purchased a second contract phone. For 6 months i could not use the phone and the reason given was that the credit limit had not been adjusted to accommodate the new contract. I asked for credit limit of R1500, and the consultant said they can limit it to R1000. Now both my phones are suspended, although I still have units and sms that I am entitled to.

When I called this morning, I was told that the limit was set at R900 and not R1000. What annoyed me was that I am told that I should go to MTN offices to talk to the credit controllers so they can increase my limit. I do not understand how is that any of my business to walk there as I did not get my phone there in the first place. Further, MTN set my month end as the 21st of each month, I did not ask for that. I am paying my bills in time and in in full, I do not understand why I have to be punished for a useless and inadequate process they have in place.

why sell me a phone and not adjust your limits accordingly?
