I really need help

Hi Peter I would really love your help with MTN South Africa. Last year November I cancelled my insurance with them . However I am always billed every month for the same insurance that I cancelled. Whenever I call them they tell me they escalating the matter and that I’ll be refunded. It’s been 3 months now with the same answer whenever I call them yet the billing is still showing on my account.
