I phoned MTN customer service regarding a data connection issue (prepaid mobile), I selected my preferred language of communication (English) and the lady that answered my call was super unprofessional, sounded like she was in bed and she just kept speaking vernacular with me. It was a very disturbing experience as I expected some form of professionalism.
