I pay installments but get no service
Hi for the past 3 months you have been collecting installments but am not getting any data or airtime. I tried calling your helpline and after holding for an hour for almost 10 times i have concluded its not working, the email other than the auto respond i get nothing please can you contact me so we can resolve this i cant keep on paying for nothing.
