I paid off my account in FULL and they are still billing me and threatening me
<p>A few months ago I paid off my MTN account in FULL. I have the documentation to prove it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I went INTO an MTN store and told a person who said, 'Not a problem Mr.Nel we can sort this out chop chop.'</p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say a month later MTN is STILL billing me and I get a phone call telling me to pay my bill as it has AUTORENEWED!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am being very clear in saying, "I WILL NOT PAY MY BILL AS I HAVE PAID IT IN FULL AND THE MONEY YOU BELIEVE YOU ARE OWED IS ADDITIONAL BILLING BECAUSE YOU DID NOT CLOSE THE ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!"</p> <p> </p> <p>#themainreasonimovedtoCELLC</p> <p>Wake up MTN and FIX the problem. Stop telling ME to call you on 808 when you NEVER answer the phone and I have to PAY FOR THE CALL</p>

Please be advised that the account has not been renewed.
Kindly be advised the contract expired date was on the 2016-05-15. The system reflect that the debit orders has been cancelled at the bank. The debit order for April and May has returned unpaid. Once the debit orders returned unpaid the system will add a charge of R11.40. On the system we do pick up that you have requested for cancellation, you have been told that the account is in arrears and payment need to be made before the account can be cancelled. No payment has been received or reflecting on the system. Please fax the proof of payment to me on ********** 317 to assist with the request. Please mark for my attention.
We will only pass a credit for the June invoice. The credit for the June invoice will be R397.28, this is a good will credit and will be used against the account balance.
We have cancelled the contract, however you will be liable for the outstanding balance R1523.47.
