I only get a computer

I really want to talk to a human being. When you call MTN , you only get to talk to a computer. A million options and then when you finally select an option guess what....MORE OPTIONS!!!! I really just want to cancel all my business with MTN but for that you need to talk to someone. A contract of mine expired last year in July but MTN kept billing me because I did not cancel it. How do I cancel it when there is no such option????!!! MTN you deserve every cent of the Billion dollar fine the Nigerians gave you!!!
