I not happy with the phone

My phone is back after 3 weeks I'm suppose to get an update grade how do you fix a water damaged iphone? This phone gets extremely hot even if the weather is not that hot when it's in the charger it gets hot I feel like MTN is making a fool out me and they expect to still pay this thing ?
