I never thought mtn was so bad

Could i get a minus rating please? Does mtn even have a customer care? I ordered an lte route t arrive 1 month later. Got promised it will be delivered in 3 working days I kept calling to follow up but u just get transfered and hanged up 3 days ago i got the router should have been plug nd play but nothing no wifi connection Calling mtn on hold 4 15 minutes for over ten calls just to be hanged up Oh wait lets go in to store it will be easier oh no we dont work with online clients So why are u guys working under 1 umbrella? Eventualy the agent informs me at takes 24 hrz for activation A day passes nothing lets go to store again oh no ur sim isnt rica u have to wait another 24 hrz So *********** service
