I NEVER signed up for this plan. I want to switch to PREPAID

I spoke to a consultant Caroline on 4 November at 8am in order to cancel my contract and switch to prepaid. Now I see via the MTN app that I am on a Bonanza Plan to which I never agreed. When I phoned 135 I was not given the option to speak to a consultant. HELP!!!!
