I never received earphones

I have a concern here and would like some assistance, I purchased a cell phone ( LG K4) on contract at one of your branches at Greenacres Mall on the 18th of December. My daughter made me realize that I was suppose to receive earphones with the headset and I told her I never received earphones - it was just the phone and the charger so I manage to contact LG just to find out regarding the phone and which accessories does it consist but the person I spoke to said they can't provide such information as they sell their products to all cellular companies and it depends on them how they sell their products and I was referred to call the store where the phone was purchased.

I then called the branch at 12pm and spoken to a female who told me they currently very busy right now she requested for my cellphone number and said she'll call me later, I'm very disappointed by the service I've received and I'd like something to be done with regards to this.
