i need to speak to insurance
I received a quote from the repair people for something that insurance must fix!!<br> they have not yet responded to the repairs and I have been phoning since the 18th January to get through to insurance department with no avail and I have emailed them and no one responded!! I am sick and tired because they deduct the money every month but when you need their assistance they don't even answer the phones!!
