I need to pay Outstanding Balance to MTN

Good Day, I have been trying to get information from MTN Business Account Contacts Legal Team for 3 Months with no success. I have been calling them every week for 3 months leaving messages with consultants but no one is coming back to me. I bought my credit report and found out that i am owing them money of which i do not dispute that. I need to pay them back so that they can give letter of account being closed. Kind Regards Rofhiwa
