I need to pay my account cash this month

Good day I would like to pay my account cash this month for my debit order for my wifi pls I am currently sorting out a few logistics and I don't want my debit order to reverse so I'm making prior arrangements and I know if I email I wont get a response because you guys are very bad with your communication.
