I need my September invoice please

I have been requesting an invoice since last week. I keep on being told of the “Ilula migration”. I need to submit my invoice to work not later than today. But no I can’t get any help. Being going to the MTN branches with no luck. Called the 135 call centre and was transferred to 3 different consultants with no help still
