I need my phone MTN!!!!

<p>Firstly, the service I received at MTN stores is horrible, no one seems to know whats going on and doesn't care enough to find out. My phone wasn't working properly, so I took it into one of the MTN stores, they logged a claim for me with insurance and told me to wait for a call from MTN regarding my claim, and that this would only take 5-7 days. It took weeks before I got a call about the collection of my phone. Now the phone has been collected but I have heard nothing back, it has been a month, I have emailed, I have called but no one cares enough to respond to my queries. So, MTN, where is my phone???????</p>
