I need my device back cause now I have to pay something that is not on me

Saint on the 30 of January 2025 I request for a replacement for obf delivery even today I never get any assistant I took my device to a repair person and they provide me with an obf so that I could claim a new phone even today I've not getting any assistant and you did cancel my contract without my permission
