I need my airtime back MTN

MTN is a **** i bought an airtime of R93 at 3 pm today (2 June 2021) and I didn't even make a single call but when I check it it's no longer there. I call their customer service they said they can not help because i have subscriptions and I never subscribe to any thing with my sim. I want my airtime back!!!
