I need information on my licence renewal

I paid for my car licence renewal on the 11th of August sent through all documents on MoMo. Only received 1 update from that time , gone quiet. Disc expires in 4 days I dont want to incur a fine. Can I have prompt communication incase there is failure can I be notified so I can try other service providers. Trying to go through the contact centre it's a real hustle held for 3 hours no answer
