I need help with getting my refund from MTN Direct

I took up a FLTE month to month contract with MTN at the beginning of June of which I needed to make an upfront payment. Christina Nonhlanhla was the lady assisting me, she then sent me a link which I had to use to make the payment and shortly after that was done, she then called to say my order was cancelled by mistake and she would investigate and call back, that was the last time I spoke to her. I call in every day to try and get feedback or any form of assistance from MTN Direct but even the manager said it's none of his business I must sort it out myself with billings. noone is willing to assist I keep getting transferred from one department to the other with each department not willing to assist, some would pretend to be empathetic and want to assist me then as soon as they get a chance hang up on me or keep me on hold forever. all I want is my money back, but I do not know where to go now or who to call.
