I need help please

Hello Peter please help me I have contract with MTN where I took my phone to repair at East gate mall then I loss my paperwork receipt and since August 2020 until today I never got help and even their customer service number 136 as I call them they even told me that I won't get any help as long as MTN got their money on my account every month .I have sent several emails to MTN head office but no reply
