I NEED ANSWERS!

Very quickly to phone or take you to attorneys when you do 'not pay' and if you proof them wrong and send in the proof of payments no reply! MTN put me on a default on my credit score record don't want to fix this problem. Again I did pay my account and sent the proof of payments. I need answers!
