I need a refund or I should atleast be given what I bought

It’s been almost two weeks now since I’m not getting any help and it has gotten to a point where the call centre guys are just hanging up on me.

There was a special running on the MTN app “buy 350 minutes bundle for R210 and get 350 all net minutes” and I only received 350 MTN to MTN minutes.
