I need a paid up letter for an account opened without my signature

I’ve been battling to get a paid up letter from MTN after I settled an account I didn’t apply for I’ve been referred to the branches from head office and back. When I call them I hold on until my airtime is up and that happened again today. They have the poorest customer service I’ve dealt with. I want a paid up letter asap
