I NEED A PAID UP LETTER

I was under debt review and need a paid up letter to clear my name. My debt councillor has been trying to get hold of you head office to get the letter but was unsucsessfull, I said I will also try from my side. I have been phoning ***) from 20.04.2015 but you go on hold and listen to the most annoying music ever!!!!!!I have been sending emails to different email addresses but has had no response. Please I need to get the paid up letter a.s.a.p.!!!!
