MTN networks are down during load shedding in our area. There seems to be no battery back up on their servers. Stage 6 means 8 to 10 hours a day without internet. It has been a year since I started complaining. Should I cancel my contract I will have to pay an exorbitant penalty. This is like letting a property that does not exist.
