I made a mistake choosing MTN shame

I've never been so hurt and angry at MTN. So I joined them last Dec on a new contract and it was my biggest mistake. I should have stayed with Vodacom. First my details were wrongly captured. Then they debit a ridiculous amount of money that we didn't agree on then my insurance isn't active but I've been paying for it. The service from the sales consultant omg that guy just didn't care to say the least. I've been calling and sending emails to try and rectify their mistakes and it's almost as if they doing me a favor with their terrible service. I regret choosing MTN, I should have stayed with Vodacom
