I lost my Insured I PHONE 5

Hi i have lost my I phone four weeks ago and i made contact with them{MTN}, and they advised me to go complete Affidavit at the Police station and send to them and i did that .After i have spoken to their call centre agent,they advised me that the phone is blocked and listed and they gave me ITC no and advice me to fax those documentation to them and did that the following day. All the required documentations with ITC and EMEI number included with MTN Claim were sent to them .Till today i havent received any feedback regarding.<br> <br> I realy regret why i took contract with them and i do not see myself continuing with them.I just need the feedback and leave them for good.<br> My lost/ block number is ***.
