I Lost a job because of MTN

I have been with MTN for some time now and really enjoy the service. They are always willing to listen regarding my financial situations and are always transparent with their billing.

However, I think at the worse time possible they made a serious error and noone is willing to own up to it.

I was 2 months behind because I did not have a job. I then settled MTN legal - I paid the entire amount owed to them. However, I have been receiving SMS's that i owe R5000 to a Company called CSS who claim they have been instructed to do so by MTN legal. I called MTN and they said at the time that my account was current! Now, I don't know how this had come up, but I lost out on a job because my credit check failed!!! And now MTN legal and CSS are pointing fingers at each other.

In the meantime, within this pandemic I am behind on bills and unemployed. My next step is to sue both companies for the position they put me in!
