I learned last year that MTN is deducting contract money from me for a cellphone I never received, all along I wa sunder the impression I am paying for the lap top I took from them. The contract ended last year and from the monthly debits of R900. 00 I Ma now paying R799.00. I am on crutches and I hardly make it to town so the Heidedal Branch adviced me to visit their Main Branch in town of which I haven't got a chance to do that. Its a challenge for me to reach that branch as I have to hire a meter cab that will ask me an exorbitant amount of money. I rely on my nephews to do the run arounds for me, so if the appointment needs me personally it makes it difficult for me. I did send several Email to MTN and never received response. Hope Hello Peter can bring me light towards the whole matter.
