I kept on paying for a contract after the term was finished.

Not happy at all. Since Begin of November 2020 I try to camcel my contract that is paid off in December 2020 I called several times I have sented several emails I have even reply on Facebook I sented messengers to MTN South Aftica they promise me that will sort it out im still waiting I went to MTN Westgate they even called but also couldnt get hold of headoffices to get it canceled because its paid up but now im still paying for a contract thats paid up. And I get no help from MTN SOUTH AFRICA but they called me twice to upgrade first time they called the lady try to sell me another contract but when I told her that im trying to cancel she put the phone in my ears down
