I keep on getting the same sms of a missed call
I am getting the same sms from mtn about a missed call notification. This sms comes through literally every 2 seconds and it is draining my battery. I have called the call centre and they transferred me to the technical department, when I got through they stated they couldn't help me and they dropped the phone. I have never been able to get through to a consultant again. the telephone conversation with them is recorded as proof. not being able to be helped on an mtn technical error is crazy if not breach of contract. if my battery is affected by this I have to hold you responsible. the stores said they cant help me I have to call the call centre.<br> <br> please fix this issue asap.
