I just want to cancel my order please

19 November 2024 I was browising MTN's website for black friday specials. I found the phone i was looking for and placed the order. I decided to cancel the order the followingday by calling customer care on *** only to have the voice recording tell me to call *** .... i reached on on email to the customer care team and i get a different response each time somone looks at my email.... it seems that no one actually reads emails properly , they just provide and copy and paste answer. All I want to do is have order number *** cancelled please before someone decides to debit my account. I got a call from a rather unprofessional agent this afternoon who wouldnt listen to anything i was trying to explain to her and she eventually decided the call had been resolved and cut the call. This whole experience reminded me why i previously left MTN as a client .
